If you are fortunate to have found S&J’s Superior Hardwood, then you have found the best! Janine is an angel to work with. The quoting process was quick and easy. All calls were returned within a timely manner. Janene and Steve provided over-the-top service and quality products at an excellent price. Steve came in and fixed all the past sins from other hardwood floor companies. The wavy floors are all gone! We replaced all the carpet on the main floor with beautiful white oak. Steve tied in the old floors with the new, and refinished everything. The floors all look consistent and are gorgeous! Steve also installed hardwood on the stairs going down to the basement. We were going to put a runner on the stairs, but we couldn’t bring ourselves to cover the beautiful wood. Steve and his helpers were careful with our home and furniture. All cabinets and shelves were covered with plastic and taped closed. The work area was kept as clean as possible and dust was kept to a minimum. Steve has come back a couple of times to touch up a few minor areas. We have no outstanding concerns nor issues. Our floors are the envy of the neighborhood!
